Disorders of ocular perfusion are associated with huge amout diseases, including such socially significant as diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma. To date, there is no gold standard for measuring perfusion. An innovative method two-dimensional assessment eye blood flow — laser speckle flowgraphy (LSFG) has been developed recent years implemented in ophthalmological practice. Purpose : to evaluate the possibilities LSFG determining find out age dependence obtained indicators flow. Materials methods . The study includes 60 healthy volunteers. examined persons were divided into 3 groups 20 people depending on their 20–40 old, 41–60 over 61 old. All had high visual acuity normal pressure. was carried an LSFG-RetFlow device (Nidek). shape pulse wave, its qualitative quantitative characteristics main parameter - MBR (Mean Blur Rate) determined. Results A decrease most studied parameters volume revealed, changes (p £ 0.05). highest noted group In macular area, values decreased more significantly after age, while optic nerve head (ONH), a already 40 age. average, 25–34 % ONH area 33–38 area. Changes other waveform similar trend. Conclusion reliable quantifying Our data support that LSFG-derived wave measurements may be useful biomarkers changes. identified age-related should taken account during analysis patients data.
